Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 6 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped, finely
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of Morton's Lite Salt
How to Prepare
- In bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Serve with our Garlic n' Herb Pita Chips
Makes 4 to 6, 1/2 cup servings.
